2019 marks the 30th Anniversary of the bath bomb. To celebrate Lush have teamed up with several artists to illustrate/animate their feelings around taking a bath.
Honored to have taken part in #wethebathers . My bath bomb of choice is Twilight. I love the colors it makes when it swirls—pinks to blue to periwinkle to sparkles. It feels like you’re floating in space and sinking into the abyss all the time same time; it’s mesmerizing! Thanks for the opportunity and check out the rest of the amazing pieces of artwork at #wethebathers .

I had the pleasure of joining a collective of artists visualizing their interpretation of home. Here’s my take—Zinciro, Michoacán Mexico. It’s the rancho where my parents grew up & a place that is home to me as well. I decided to illustrate a view that I remember quite often, it’s Mama Ines’ garden. I spent many days with her in her garden. It’s where my love for plants and color comes from. The prints can be purchased here.
The benefits go to Acres of Love, a non-profit providing forever home to orphans in South Africa. In addition I’ll be donating my profits to a charity benefiting the Mexican community.
I designed/illustrated several Starbucks Reserve coffee labels.

This was my participation poster for The Hello Poster Show, a fundraiser benefiting ACLU of Washington State. 100% of the proceeds were donated to ACLU. The theme was "We The People", posters that give a damn. Levántate means to "get up" or "rise up".

One of my favorite projects and one I am most proud of during my time at Hallmark is this little gem. A Valentine’s Day Paper Wonder pop up card. It’s one that pushed me both as an illustrator & designer. I couldn’t have done it without the wonderful art direction of Daniel Miyares.
